Like everyone else.. waited the additional week, still no package. It has now been a month since it said it was shipped. PLUS I have additional unauthorized charges on my card from dA. I would like to speak to someone (NOT via a help ticket that takes forever) a.s.a.p. PLEASE message me with a phone number of someone I may contact. This is getting ridiculous and making me super bummed that a site as awesome as this can be soo crappy
Hello I have already waited more than a week and my package hasn't arrived yet. I also haven't gotten a response in a week. Please help, or just try submitting another ticket.
If you haven't gotten this reply already, here is the resolve: "Thank you very much for your recent purchase with deviantART's T-Shirts & Gear business. We've found that your package was held up due to postage errors made by the United States Postal Service sorting facility we use. The merchandise is still in transit, but the facility is re-issuing postage to your package along with a number of other orders that experienced this problem. We're terribly sorry for this inconvenience and we thank you for your patience. Your merchandise truly is on the way and should arrive to you on or before June 11th."
